Ladles

Aluminum Die Cast (light foundry) Ladles is a product that Church Metal started to make in the late 1970’s. The Company’s initial (and current) offering stressed putting material thickness where it was required, not where it was expedient to our process. This results in an SP conical cup (from ¼ to 30 pounds) that has a uniform thickness to support a smoother more even pour. Church Metal provides this style of cup with a handle or stub made to order to the Customer’s specifications.

Church Metal has 8 different styles of spun ladles and supporting handles/brackets. In addition, we fabricate 305 “rimrock” style ladles for use in automatic pour systems. The 305’s are made from 10ga 304SS for abrasion resistance. The parts are bead blasted to provide a good foundation to accept the Customer’s preferred heat resistant coatings.

We stock a full line of ladle bowls ranging from ¼ # to 50# made from carbon steel and 304 stainless steel.

Currently, we work with a group of distributors for distribution of this product, but also sell direct for higher volume Customers that are interested in our ladle offerings.
